William Gonzalez, Regional Vice President of the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE) for Florida, Georgia, and the Carolinas, visited ABS facilities to learn about our activities and everything ABS offers to the industrial and wind energy sectors in the field of global engineering solutions, as well as the agreements and collaborative projects our company is involved in to put our knowledge and experience at the service of the city of Miami and the state of Florida.

During his visit, William also had the opportunity to meet our team, including directors and technicians from various departments, and to review the processes and logistics necessary to provide services to the industry globally.

On September 21st, the regional SHPE team will organize a Subregional Retreat at Florida International University (FIU). The goal of this event is to prepare university students through professional development, with a special focus on the National Convention to be held in Anaheim.

We are proud to announce that our CEO, Alejandro Pardiñas, will participate as an outstanding role model for engineering students. Alejandro is recognized for his success as an entrepreneurial engineer and successful businessman through ABS, ABS Wind, and for creating various renowned brands such as ACB Bearings, AEC Engineering Chains, and MGS Gears and Gearboxes for multiple industrial applications.

This meeting reinforces our commitment to the education and professional development of the next generation of engineers, as well as our ongoing collaboration with organizations like SHPE to promote growth and innovation in the engineering sector.
