This project involves a Special 9-inch ACME Screw Jack for vulcanizing presses at their factory in Costa Rica. A crucial component to ensure the production of high-quality rubber products that meet the required specifications.
The Special 9-inch ACME Screw Jack is used to secure the pieces of the mechanical vulcanizing presses. These presses represent the final stage through which the rubber is transformed, or vulcanized. Similar to an autoclave, they apply heat and pressure to the rubber to give it the required final shape. The Special 9- inch ACME Screw Jack adjusts and maintains the proper pressure between the molds, depending on the tire size, ensuring perfect vulcanization.
