AEC produced 150 special links with 1.4 meters pitch each weighing 500 lbs for the cane diffuser passage in the San Antonio Sugar mill in Chinandega, Nicaragua. The development and execution process for this equipment ranged from the generation of manufacturing drawings, FEM Analysis, schematic designs to the production of paraffin technology precision molds all in accordance with ISO standards abiding by the highest degree of precision. The additional links contributed significantly to a successful increase in the capacity of the diffuser from 510 t/h to 600 t/h.
