The ASSCT is a Association interested in the comprehensive study of the sugarcane industry in the United States. The Florida and Louisiana divisions of the ASSCT hold annual meetings once a year during the month of June. These annual meetings last for two days, during which members present lectures on topics related to sugarcane cultivation and processing.
